DEVILLED BONES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. walnut catsup
Few grains cayenne
Drumsticks, second joint and wings of cooked chicken
Salt
Pepper
Flour
1/2 c. hot stock
Finely chopped parsley

Melt butter and add chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and cayenne. Cut four gashes in each piece of chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour and brown well. Pour on stock, simmer five minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
