CURRIED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. curry
2 to 3 apples, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cream
Paprika

Melt butter, saute curry, apple and onion until onion is transparent. Add soup and cream mixture.

Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Spread in shallow buttered baking dish. Pour sauce on chicken.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 4 to 6.
