DUTCH COLE SLAW | |
1 firm head cabbage 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1 red pepper, chopped fine 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed Shred cabbage. Put in large bowl, add sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed. Press with spoon until all juices are blended. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. |
