DRESSING FOR FRUIT SALADS 
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, beaten

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add a little lemon juice; stir. Put all ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
