DRESSING FOR FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. apricot nectar (or peach)
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. poppy seed

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Slowly add nectar and cook until thickened. Add poppy seed and chill.
