BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of onion soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
2 1/2 to 3 c. large chunks cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 c. croutons

Combine soups in 2 quart casserole. Stir until well blended. Stir in turkey or chicken, croutons. Microwave 8-10 minutes on high or until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
