MEAT LOAF 
1 sm. evaporated milk
1 pkg. crackers (Saltines)
2 eggs
1 sm. onion
Salt & pepper
2 lb. ground chuck

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Crumble crackers and pour evaporated milk over and set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients together, then add crackers and make into loaf. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour over top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. May take longer.
