3 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 can French cut green beans, drain
1 med. onion
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild and White Rice, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, diced

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350. Serves 16. Freezes well, but do not cook prior to freezing.
