3-5 lb. eye of the round roast 1 onion Heavy duty foil Garlic Fresh ground pepper Worcestershire sauce In triple layer foil place roast. Rub roast with garlic. Rub in pepper to roast. Place thin slice onion on roast. Pour over 1/2 cup with sauce and 1/2 cup water gently. Seal foil. Place on grill low to medium heat. 1 1/2 hours over until done. Checking liquid every 1/2 hour. Note: Gravy very spicy. |
