COLD TURKEY 
4 oz. turkey
2 hard boiled eggs
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onions
4 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
3 c. cold water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 tsp. sage
Salt & Pepper

Chop turkey, eggs, mushrooms and onions. Stir. Sprinkle gelatin over water, add bouillon cubes, sage, pepper, salt. Heat gelatin mixture until dissolved. Add turkey mixture. Stir well. Pour into pan. Refrigerate.
