CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer, boil, debone and cut up
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild or white rice, prepare as directed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 jar pimentos
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. chicken broth

Mix well and pour into greased casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
