JELLO/VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello

Prepare to instructions. Pour into 13x9x2 cake pan (or tupperware). Let set until slightly thickened.

Add:

1 c. finely chopped lettuce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. radishes
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Stir well. Let set in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf. Top with a "dollop" of mayonnaise.
