JELLO VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. carrot, shredded

Dissolve Jello in small loaf pan in 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water. Soften cream cheese with a little milk. Mix pineapple, celery, carrots and Jello. Chill until firm. Cut and serve with cream cheese on top.
