PORK CHOPS WITH CREAMY GRAVY 
2 tbsp. oil
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed consomme
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 c. tomato paste
3 tbsp. flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. dairy sour cream

Heat oil in skillet; add chops and brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put chops into crock pot; add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Cover and cook on high 6-8 hours or simmer for 9-12 hours. Skim excess fat from top of gravy. Makes 6 servings.

Cook wide noodles and toss with poppy seeds for a great go with.
