BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 lg. cauliflower
1 lg. onion
6 slices, bacon, crisp fried
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Separate broccoli and cauliflower to little pieces. Chop onion. Fry bacon crisp, then cool and crumble into little pieces. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, bacon and Romano cheese. Then add to broccoli mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
