VEAL PARMESAN 
75 veal cutlets
2 (48 oz.) cans cream of tomato soup
2 (48 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. Cheddar cheese, grated

Bread and fry cutlets. Put cutlets on baking sheet. Layer of mushroom soup, then tomato soup and cheese on top. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
