1 tube biscuits or crescents
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
6 oz. tomato paste
6 oz. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place biscuits in 10 inch pie pan, pressing together to gently form crust. Set aside.

Saute turkey, onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, water and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes. Pour 1/2 meat mixture - 1/2 cheese - 1/2 meat - 1/2 cheese into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
