SCRUMPTIOUS POTATOES 
1 lg. box frozen cheddar cheese hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated cheese (may use less)

Defrost potatoes. Then mix rest of ingredients with potatoes. Put in large 13"x9" pan, sprayed with Pam. Mix 2 cups crushed frosted corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can freeze.
