1 head iceberg lettuce (add leafy green lettuce)
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 medium tomatoes, cut up or 1 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 cans Ranch Style pinto beans, drained
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
3/4 bag nacho cheese Doritos, slightly crunched
optional: browned ground beef, cucumbers, radishes, pickles, any other salad ingredients

Mix all ingredients. Add Catalina dressing to taste. Add extra nacho cheese Doritos to keep crunchy.
