AMY'S WACKY PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) bag wacky shapes and colors pasta (Wacky Mac)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (Kraft)
1/2 lb. hard salami, sliced thick
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
1 large tomato, diced
1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained (Pearls)
1 (8 oz.) block Colby jack cheese, diced
1 (8 oz.) block cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles until al denté. Drain in cold water.

Chunk the salami, tomato and both blocks of cheese. Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and toss. Refrigerate for an hour or so.

Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.

I've been meaning to try this recipe for a while now, but I finally got around to it tonight and it was a big hit with my husband. The pasta had just the right amount of texture and flavor, and the cheese was perfect. We both loved the mix of salami and black olives. A definite keeper!
