ALMOND FUDGE DROPS 
Cookies:

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. coconut

Icing:

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. almond extract
milk

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg, chocolate, sour cream, almond extract, soda and salt. Stir in flour and coconut. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Cool. Frost.

Icing: Mix butter, powdered sugar, chocolate and flavoring. Add milk a couple of teaspoons at a time, mixing well between each addition. Add just enough milk to get the icing to spreading consistency.
