ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
Lowfat!!

Chicken (part breast, anything you like, skinned!)
Rosemary, dried
Non fat Italian dressing
Sm. can tomato paste (seasoned or not)
Salt and pepper
4 to 5 cloves garlic

In a casserole pan, place the crushed garlic on the bottom, add can tomato paste with 1/2 to 3/4 can water. Mix until a sauce (thick) consistency. Add 1 tablespoon of rosemary, heavy pepper and salt to taste. Add chicken and mix so all parts are covered with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until almost cooked. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of dressing to chicken, stir contents. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes more.

Serve warm. Extra sauce can be used for over rice with the meal.
