PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. Rotelli shaped pasta
4-6 c. assorted raw vegetables
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green or red pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, etc.

Cook pasta until just tender and rinse under cold running water until pasta is cool. In a large bowl, mix pasta, vegetables and Italian dressing. Mix well and refrigerate.
