PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked pasta (any shape - colorful vegetable variety looks very pretty)
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 lb. chunked American cheese
1 chopped sm. green or red pepper (or both)
1 pkg. (dry) Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 bottle Italian dressing (do not use lo-cal)

(You may need a little more dressing depending upon how moist you like your salad.) Cook pasta, drain. Add bottle of Italian dressing and packet of dry dressing mix. Let set overnight. Add vegetables and cheese just before serving. Serves 12.
