STUFFED PEPPERS WITH RICE 
4 green peppers
1 1/2 c. rice
2 med. onions, cut small
2 raw eggs

Boil rice half time. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan; fry onions and add enough water so onions don't burn. Mix onions, rice, and salt. Beat eggs with a little milk; pour over rice and pour into peppers.

In a large saucepan, put a sliced onion and 2 sliced tomatoes or a large can stewed tomatoes. Add 1 1/2 cup water, peppers, and cook 30 minutes.
