SPINACH PUFFS | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 2 c. seasoned dressing crumbs (Pepperidge Farm) 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 4 lg. eggs, beaten 3/4 c. softened butter Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together; roll into balls no bigger than a walnut. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or freeze ahead, defrost 10 minutes at room temperature, then bake at 350 degrees. |
