LIME - PEAR SALAD 
1 c. pear juice
1 c. cold water
1 med. can pears
1 sm. pkg. dessert topping mix (or 1 c. heavy cream)
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. lime gelatin

Heat pear juice and cold water with gelatin; cool and partially congeal. Whip cream; fold in cream cheese. Mash pears; add to cooled mixture. Fold all ingredients together; chill until firm. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
