RASPBERRY BARS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. milk
1/2 c. raspberry jam or any kind of jelly
4 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Measure flour and baking powder into bowl, add butter and mix. Stir in 1 egg and milk. Mix into soft dough. Spread in ungreased 9x9 inch pan. Press to cover bottom evenly. Spread jam over dough.

Stir together 1 egg, melted butter, sugar, coconut and vanilla. Spread on top of jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares.
