CORN - SAUSAGE CHOWDER | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 c. chopped onion 4 c. potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. water 1 can cream style corn 1 can corn 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk Cook sausage and onion until brown. Drain. Add potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper and water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add creamed corn, whole corn and evaporated milk. Heat through. |
