APPLE TART 
CRUST:

4 c. flour
3 sticks butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold milk

Mix all ingredients together with pastry blender or mixer. Use half for bottom and the rest for the top. Spread this in 11x15 inch pan.

FILLING:

6-7 c. apples
1 c. sugar
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Spread on dough. For real sweet apples, use less sugar. Then cover with remaining dough for top crust. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

GLAZE:

After tart is cool, blend 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons water. Drizzle over top.
