1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
Whipping cream, whipped

Combine Jello and boiling water and stir until dissolved, in a blender. Add 1 pint softened vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Cover and chill until partially set. Stir mixture, chill until set. Serve with a puff of whipped cream. Makes 4 servings.
