HEARTY CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams and juice 4 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces & cooked 4 c. water 1 pkg. real cheese scalloped potatoes 1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth 1 med. carrot, shredded 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk Add clam juice, water, scalloped potatoes and seasoning mix from package, chicken broth and carrot; cover and simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add clams, bacon and milk. Heat and eat! |
