VANILLA CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs
12 oz. box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
7 oz. bag Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Blend sugar and butter. Add eggs, 1 at a time, blending after each addition. Add wafers and milk, alternately, blend. Add coconut and nuts, stirring well. Bake in greased and floured tube or springform pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool slightly, then turn out of pan.
