CHORIZO 
3 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
15 tbsp. red chili powder
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. oregano
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. comino
1/4 c. tequila
9 cloves of garlic

Mix all ingredients well. Put chorizo in wide mouth jars and refrigerate for 24 hours then use.
