OVEN FRIED SALMON 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 lg. egg
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.

Beat egg with a fork in a medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until blended. Shape into eight 1/2 inch thick patties.

Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
