My grandmother used to make this but called it "Baco Pudding" (spelling?). I was never able to find a recipe to create it myself, but here it is! This is very good and easy to make! I use a pre-made pie crust so you just unroll, spread with jam, pour one box of Jiffy yellow cake mix, bake and sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
