20 Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
9 oz. chocolate bits
3 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
Creme de menthe
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Combine crushed Oreo cookies with 1 stick melted butter (pat into bottom of 9x13 pan). In double boiler melt chocolate bits with beaten eggs. Stir until thickened and then add confectioners sugar. Pour mixture over cookies mixture and chill.

Mix 1/4 cup or more and little green food coloring/creme de menthe with 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Pour over cookie mixture; freeze. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shaving on top. Serves 12-15.
