DIANE'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. hamburger
2 pc. white bread
1 egg
1 sm. onion, cut fine
Salt and pepper
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Scald milk and add bread. Mash together, then add to meat, with egg, onion and salt and pepper. Make into very small meatballs and cook over medium heat until brown.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour and add 1/2 cup water (turning meatballs to make a gravy). Keep warm until served.
