FISH BONNEE FEMME 
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/3 c. white wine
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. haddock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine mushrooms, onions, parsley, white wine, butter and salt and pepper with haddock. In large skillet, cook until fish flakes with fork.
