HAMBURG PIZZA PIE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 egg, slightly beaten
Pinch oregano
Pinch thyme
Garlic salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Mix above ingredients and press into pie pan. Press mixture up sides to form shape of pan. Spread with 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Fill center with 1 can drained mushrooms, 1/4 pound Mozzarella cheese (sliced or shredded or grated, optional). Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 5.
