LASAGNE 
1 (1 lb.) box lasagne noodles
1 to 2 lb. ground beef
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 (24 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni

STEP 1: Brown ground beef in skillet. Cook lasagne noodles in large pan of boiling water for approximately 12 minutes. Drain and let cool enough to handle.

STEP 2: Cut pepperoni into small pieces. Combine browned ground beef, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese and pepperoni in large bowl and mix well.

STEP 3: Layer in baking pan first noodles, second sauce, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat in same sequence until all is used. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
