PINEAPPLE DRESSING 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
7 slices of cubed white or raisin bread

Mix all ingredients in order. You can add nuts, raisins, a little vanilla or a dash of cinnamon if you wish. Bake in a greased casserole dish for one hour or until top is a light golden brown. Can be served with baked ham or as a dessert topped with thin vanilla pudding.
