MARINATED VEGETABLES 
5 c. sliced carrots
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
1 green pepper, sliced into rings
1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces

Cook carrots until tender, but firm. Mix with onion, green pepper and cauliflower. Marinate overnight.

MARINADE:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
