HOT ZUCCHINI PUFFS | |
2 c. shredded raw unpeeled zucchini 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, mashed 4 scallions, minced 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. Tabasco Toasted bread rounds Mix together shredded zucchini and salt. Let set 1 hour, then place in a linen dish towel and squeeze dry. Mix all other ingredients together and stir in zucchini. Spread mixture thickly, about 1/4 to 1/3 inch high on toasted bread rounds. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. |
