CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
12 to 15 long green chilies (roasted & peeled)
1 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
Salt

Brown meat and salt to taste. Grease 13 inch oblong pan. Open chilies and line bottom of pan. Alternate layers of ground meat, cheese and remainder of chilies. Mix eggs, milk, flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
