GUACAMOLE DIP | |
1 c. low cholesterol mayonnaise 2 sm. tomatoes, chopped 1/4 c. minced onion 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 lg. avocados, peeled and mashed 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/2 tbsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover; chill. Makes 2 1/2 cups. You may increase ingredients to make more. Use any kind of chips you like. Enjoy it! Delicious! |
