MA & PA'S SEAFOOD DELIGHT 
3/4 - 1 c. butter
1/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can baby clams
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp, cleaned and deviened

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high. Saute onion 6-8 minutes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in wine, seasonings, and butter. Cook for a few minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add seafood; cover and cook 5-8 minutes until scallops and shrimp are just firm. Serve over linguini and pig out!
