1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center comes out clean.
