VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
1 lg. tube refrigerator crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese 1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry) 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 c. tomatoes, deseeded, chopped finely 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped finely 1/4 c. carrots, chopped finely 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped finely Cover bottom of an 11"x17" ungreased pan with rolls, forming a crust (like a square pizza). Bake rolls according to package directions. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayonnaise together. Spread mixture on crust. Sprinkle vegetables on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables into cream cheese mixture. Chill 3 to 4 hours, cut into bars and serve. |
