DRY CHEESE BUTTONS 
1 qt. dry cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Mix together the above for fillings.

5 c. flour
1 egg

Water enough to make dough so it can be rolled. Divide dough into 2 parts. Cut into 2 inch squares. Put a tablespoon of filling on each, turn half of the square over and seal the edges; 3 quarts boiling water with 2 teaspoons salt added. Boil the cheese buttons 10 minutes. Strain and cover. In a skillet add butter or oil to brown.
